Luke responded quickly to a leaking outdoor tap and came the same day to make a temporary fix. He returned the next day and spent extra time tackling a very old and poorly installed system—replacing fittings and adding proper cut-off valves. Despite the extra work, he only charged for parts. He was professional, thorough and clearly takes pride in his work. After several plumbers walked away from this job (because they knew it would be challenging), Luke got it done. Highly recommended!
