For urgent issues, the aim is to understand the problem quickly, advise clearly and attend where possible. If a permanent repair cannot be completed straight away, a safe temporary repair or clear next step will be discussed.

£150 + VAT
Emergency call-out attendance for urgent plumbing, heating or water-related issues.
For emergency attendance, payment is due on completion.
What the call-out covers
The emergency call-out covers attendance, initial diagnosis and make-safe steps where possible. Permanent repairs, materials, reinstatement or extended fault-finding may be quoted separately depending on what is required.
