Can you replace an old shower with any new model?
Not always. Pipe positions, water system type, pressure and fixing arrangements all need to be compatible. We can check this before recommending a replacement.
Do shower repairs sometimes require tiles to be removed?
Yes, if the fault or required pipework is concealed behind the finished wall. We’ll explain that before opening the area wherever possible.
Can you repair a thermostatic shower that will not hold temperature?
Often the fault can be investigated, but whether it is repairable depends on the valve, cartridge and availability of parts.
