Will all my radiators need replacing?
Not necessarily. Each room needs enough emitter output at the proposed operating temperatures; some radiators may already be suitable while others may need upgrading.
Do I need a different hot-water cylinder?
Many heat-pump systems need a cylinder suited to the required coil/output and system design. The existing cylinder has to be assessed rather than assumed suitable.
Do you install to MCS requirements?
The work is planned and undertaken in line with MCS guidance and applicable standards where relevant. We do not use this wording to claim MCS certification or accreditation.
